Houston's Premier Turn-Key Event Venues - Up to 5,900 Guests

As always, our clients had a blast! Lana and Kristan did an amazing job helping us with very detailed planning, and made some miracles happen when we had to pivot at the last minute for a few logistics. This was our first time having a band in the venue, and it was excellent (the house sounds is great). DJ Jake was fantastic and professional and had a great announcer voice.

Had an incredible buy-out event at Stampede. The staff was attentive and accommodating. The venue just lends itself to a FUN night. Between the huge dance floor, karaoke, axe throwing, mechanical bull, pool table, darts, plus all the activations we added there was certainly something for everyone. The size of the parking lot really helped make it easy to get our 55 shuttles in and out and kept everyone flowing. We absolutely packed the place. I do question the 4,000 person capacity figure, so my only suggestion to anyone doing a 3,000+ person event is to utilize the outside space as much as possible. Add lots of activations outside to keep the inside from getting too uncomfortable. The DJ, line dance instructor or karaoke host were all great and kept the energy UP!

Our organization recently held its first industry wide conference at the Stampede location and I have to say Imagen Venues was a fabulous partner! Kristan was very helpful and professional from quote, to contract, to event execution! She and her staff went above and beyond to ensure our event ran smoothly. Our attendees were very pleased with how clean and spacious the venue was. The food was delicious and the activities made networking so much fun. Imagen Venues really was a one stop shop for us! We had an absolutely wonderful time hosting our company's holiday party here! It has become a tradition for us to host our event here every year, and we're never disappointed. The venue has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and the staff always go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. The space is beautiful, with a cozy yet spacious setting that perfectly suits our celebration. We truly look forward to coming back every year — it's always the highlight of the season!

What an amazing experience our team at our company Holiday/Christmas party. From the start, the event coordinator, Kristan was simply phenomenal in making sure everything requested, was done and within budget. She worked with me on all activities, budget, and even hiring the band. Literally, I could have just shown up and welcomed my guest. Most of everything was already done. The entire staff were on point from beginning to end. Do your self a favor and host with Imagen Venues.

This was our third time booking at this venue for our end of year company party, and it truly exceeded all expectations. Everything went flawlessly, and I have to say, I'm not sure if it was because a manager was coordinating everything throughout the night, but the level of attention and care was unparalleled. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate every request we had, ensuring that everything was perfect without us needing to ask twice. It was clear that they genuinely cared about making our experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. The atmosphere was fantastic, and I couldn't be more impressed. I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for an exceptional experience!

Greystar Houston hosted our Annual Awards Ceremony at Escapade Houston at the beginning of 2022. The Staff, food, AV, Music, etc. were perfect. The venue is large enough for us to host our guest count of 1300! Restrooms are clean & plenty. The Parking lot is HUGE, and complimentary, so this venue works well for our group all around. We would like to say a huge THANKS to the Escapade Team for all that you do for Greystar.
